The Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) was formed in 1990 by a number of concerned organisations, including IATA, airbus Industrie and Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, to press for economically beneficial aviation infrastructure improvements worldwide.
It now has over 90 member organisations from all over the world, including airlines, manufacturers, airport operators, trade unions, consumer associations, chambers of commerce, retail car agencies, bank, and tourism associations.
ATAG actively supports the expansion and development of air traffic control capabilities, airport capacity and surface access to meet forecast growth.
